Time Lapse for Pixel 3a
The latest Pixel 3a and 3a XL comes with the ability to capture Time Lapse videos. The Time Lapse feature in camera is unique, because it allows you to capture at different speeds while recording. This is an effect that’s normally seen in professional videos and creates a cinematic feel to each time lapse. The feature also comes with a power saving feature that dims the screen after 1 min of recording to save battery.
I was the lead designer on this project and worked together with the Taiwan Pixel Camera engineering team to create this feature.
